Haddstock is a small community festival, run by a tiny group of individuals, on limited funding, so we need your support! Anyone with a passion for the arts and a desire to make a difference can now become an arts patron by making a donation or becoming a Friend of Haddstock.

Our aim is to improve quality of life for residents of Haddington and the surrounding area through raising awareness of arts, inspiring ambition and engaging with the community. We host local youth bands, first time players and amateur groups alongside emerging talent and professional musicians in a relaxed, inclusive setting. Our environmental ethos is woven through our events, our small footprint and the use of Haddington’s infrastructure to host the festival. We have established relations with community partners and local businesses in order to deliver Haddstock and promote growth.

Haddstock is not-for-profit and has always been accessible with the majority of activities and events being free of charge. As we grow the festival we need to cover core costs and pay artists’ fees in order to maintain the quality of our event production, arts activities and performances.

Since our debut in 2017, pandemic aside, audiences of over 4k have descended on the town on Haddstock weekend, filling venues and outdoor spaces with colour, noise and an abundance of creative energy! In order to sustain and safeguard this activity and all the benefits it brings, we make this ask and will be incredibly grateful for any support given.
